"“A slice of Heaven” We stayed in Cabin 1 for our 27th anniversary. It was perfect. The cabin comfortably sleeps two but can accommodate more. The hot tub was a bonus. The countryside was just beautiful. We spent much of our week outdoors, coffee on the back porch, hiking or hanging out in the hot tub. The property of homeowners Sandy and Randy was more than we were expecting, with cows, goats, rocks and a fishing pond. You were more than welcome to wander their property. I would choose this cabin again for the two of us. "

"“Amazing experience!” My husband and I went there last year for our anniversary. Neither of us had ever been to the Ft. Payne area, but have now reserved the weekend for our next anniversary. Owners were awesome--helpful but stayed out of the way. We had free reign of the great fishing in their pond, beautiful scenery, and the CABIN!!!! Like stepping back in time (but still enjoying modern conveniences like power, water, heat, and air!) This was a great long-weekend-getaway. We will go back many times!!! "
