Noccalula Falls Park
Noccalula Falls Park in Gadsden, Alabama features one of the state’s most iconic waterfalls — a magnificent 90-foot cascade named after a Creek Indian princess. Located about an hour from Bear Creek Log Cabins, the park makes a wonderful full-day excursion for families.
In addition to the waterfall itself, the park features a pioneer village with authentic log structures including a country store, grist mill, covered bridge, and blacksmith shop; a petting zoo and habitat house; a scenic train ride; miniature golf; hiking trails along Black Creek Gorge; and a fully equipped campground. During the Christmas season, the park transforms into a spectacular lights display. Admission includes unlimited train rides, petting zoo, and pioneer village access.
